We have been very busy lately and so excited for the holidays.  Enjoy your family and friends.
We will be painting for a fundraiser at Camp Kidwell on December 1sr at their annual Festival of Trees. Its a beautiful time to visit  and support the camp programs.  In the meantime, we have Barn Quilt Blocks for sale!!!  Wouldn't one of these look great at your house?  Its not too early to think gifting either...  Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Great time at the WEST MICHIGAN QUILT SHOW at the DELTA PLEX this week end. Have met some great people with and without BARN QUILTS!!!

It is August, and very warm!!! But we're having exciting classes at that wonderful resort Sandy Pines in Hopkins. Mixed media is on the menu this morning.  Looking forward to a fun-filled class out there as always.
Not a member of Sandy Pines?  No worries, we are hosting another great painting class at the Hopkins Library this Saturday at 1:00.  So if you don't have a date yet---or-heck, bring your date with you down to the library for a wonderful Brush and Beverage session.  You know we will have fun!!
Also, now accepting custom ordered designs for  Barn Quilt Blocks.  Sizes range from 1 ft x1ft on up.  Please let me know the design you have in mind.

Can you believe it?  June is 3/4 over with!!  It feels as though summer has finally arrived and now its going to be the 4th of July--officially the middle of summer thinking-in another week or so.
However you still have time to order, receive and place a beautiful Barn Quilt from that crafting business you know as BenCh Creations. Yes, we can make a Barn Quilt just the size you want-2x2ft up to 4x4.  Have a place for one even bigger?? Let us know.  We will paint one just for you. And our prices are very reasonable.
Be sure to sign up for our next canvas creation at the Hopkins District Library also. You know we always have a great time and you go home with a wonderful canvas you created yourself.

Allegan

The Allegan County Barn Quilt Trail is here!!!  Yes it is official, the Facebook page has been created, THANK YOU NATALIE, the BQ Blocks we painted are waiting for new homes or barns or businesses or wherever  YOU want to put them.  More photos soon-I promise!
We have added a coating of polyurethane and a beautiful weather striping molding around the edges. Even more weather proof for Michigan. As always we use Behr premium exterior paints and primer. 2 coats on each side. Great for yourself or for gifts. Order many!!!
We have 2ftx2ft and 3x3 in stock, But just ask for a 4x4 and we will paint it for you!!!
Check out the first official quilt block at Hopcones in Hopkins. Owners Kelly and Jeff chose Sugarcone  for their block-very fitting for an ice cream shop!

Yes thank you to our friends on the Holland Tulip Time Quilt Show Committee.  They invited us to display 5 Barn Quilt Blocks.  A fantastic opportunity for our new adventure.  We are on our way or should I say on the trail! 
Taking the steps and gathering information  for the Allegan County Barn Quilt Trail to begin. Stay tuned. We will post the progress. The first Barn Quilt  will be registered  to our one and only HopCones.  Owner Kelly Glasscot has re-opened and is excited about being on the  BQ Trail.

Remember our crafting classes. Everything from fused glass to felting to painting that includes canvas and  Barn Quilt boards.  Lets schedule something soon! We promise fun!!!

Hello everyone and a very Happy March to you!!  We are  excited about the upcoming events happening in our fair village of Hopkins Michigan.  The first (annual-we hope) Women's Expo is coming!!!  Yes SAVE THE DATE Thursday April 28th from 9am-4. The fun kick-off starts at the Hopkins Community Reformed Church on 128th Ave and we complete the celebration with a great cheese and wine tasting happy hour -2-4  at our Hopkins district Library.  Don't miss out because  there will be information about a number of women's issues, great samples, fun stuff to try and ohhh I can't tell you everything just yet!!!
We have our brochure out so take a look and take a class.  We'd love to hear from all of you.
